Terms and conditions

Online Store Owner

Online store telo24.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by Nutikas Valik OÜ (registry code 16549751), registered address mnt 75, Õssu village, Tartu County, 61713; place of business Lõunakeskus, Lääneringtee 39.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product & Price Information

These sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

Prices: Product prices are shown next to each item. A delivery fee may be added. All prices are in euros.

Delivery fee: Depends on the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method. The fee is displayed during checkout.

Product information: Shown directly alongside each item in the Online Store. Product photos are illustrative and conditions vary according to the user’s selection.

Placing an Order

To order goods you must:

  1. Add the desired products
  2. Place the order: complete the required fields
  3. Choose a suitable delivery method

The payable amount then appears on-screen and can be paid securely via:

  • Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

NB! When paying via a bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” on the bank page.

Payment processor: AS LHV Pank

Payment processing: Takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment—via the relevant bank for bank-link payments, and via EveryPay for card payments. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or card data.

Contract in force: From the moment the payable sum is credited to the Online Store’s account.

Personal-data processing: The Online Store owner is the data controller and forwards the personal data needed for payments to the authorised processor AS LHV Pank.

Non-delivery of goods: If the ordered goods cannot be supplied because they have run out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and all payments (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after notification.

Delivery

Shipping regions: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Poland and Germany.

Delivery options

  • Parcel locker: We send your order to the chosen Smartpost or DPD locker.
  • Courier: We deliver to the specified address via DPD.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and shown next to each delivery option.

Domestic (Estonia) deliveries generally reach the chosen destination within 2–3 working days after the sales transaction takes effect.

Deliveries outside Estonia take 7–14 working days.

Exceptional cases: We reserve the right to deliver within up to 30 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

Right to withdraw: The buyer may withdraw from the e-store contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

Prerequisites

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
  • During the 14-day period the goods may be used only to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning—as would be allowed in a physical store.
  • If the goods have been used beyond this or show signs of wear, the Online Store may reduce the refund in line with the decrease in value.

Returning goods

  • Submit notice: Complete the withdrawal form (available here) and e-mail it to info@telo24.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
  • Return costs: Paid by the buyer, except where the product does not match the order (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • Return deadline: Goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the notice or proof provided that they were handed to the carrier within that period.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store refunds the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all sums paid under the contract.
  • The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or the buyer has supplied proof of return—whichever occurs first.
  • If the buyer chose a delivery method costlier than the cheapest standard option, the Online Store need not refund the extra cost.
  • The Online Store may cancel the sale and require the goods’ return if the listed price was, by mistake, significantly below market value.

Right to Submit a Claim

Liability: The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect existing at delivery and appearing within two years of hand-over.

1-year rule: Within the first year, any defect is presumed to have existed at hand-over; it is the Online Store’s burden to prove otherwise.

Complaints: The buyer must notify the Online Store of a defect within two months of discovery by e-mailing info@telo24.ee.

No liability: The Online Store is not liable for defects arising after delivery.

When a defect exists

  • Repair or replacement: The Online Store will repair or replace the defective item.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement is impossible, all fees under the sales contract will be refunded.

Handling complaints: The Online Store responds in writing (or durable medium) within 15 days.

Direct Marketing & Personal-Data Processing

Use of data: Personal data entered by the buyer is used only to process the order and deliver the goods.

Transfer of data: Data is passed to the transport service provider solely for delivery purposes.

Newsletters & offers

  • Sent only if the buyer has opted in by entering an e-mail address and consenting to direct marketing.
  • Opt-out: The buyer may unsubscribe at any time via e-mail or the link provided in each marketing message.

Dispute Resolution

Submitting complaints: Send any complaints about the Online Store by e-mail to info@telo24.ee.

Resolving disputes

  • If the buyer and the Online Store cannot settle a dispute, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
  • Procedural details: See and submit applications here.
  • Committee competence: Resolves disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. Review is free of charge.
  • EU ODR platform: The buyer may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
