Warranty
The seller warranty provider is Nutikas Valik OÜ, Lääneringtee 39, Tartu, 50105.
The seller warranty applies to devices purchased from the www.telo24.ee online store or the Telo24 retail store. The warranty period for both private and legal persons is one year from the date of sale. By law, the consumer has a two-year right to submit claims. The warranty is valid on the basis of the purchase invoice.
During the warranty period, a defective device will be either repaired or replaced with at least an equivalent device. If repairing the device is impossible or impractical and the seller has no equivalent device to offer, the purchase amount will be refunded to the consumer, provided the defective device is returned to the seller. Both repaired and replaced devices continue to carry the original warranty or a three-month warranty from the date of repair or replacement, whichever period is longer.
The warranty does not extend to accessories, chargers or other additional equipment. The warranty does not cover the natural wear of the battery, the normal ageing of the device or cosmetic damage. The warranty does not include device maintenance or cleaning.
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
1) The device serial number has been altered or is unreadable.
2) The device has been repaired or attempts have been made to repair it without authorisation or by third parties.
3) The device has been used or maintained incorrectly.
4) The device has mechanical damage or moisture damage.
5) The device has damage resulting from an accident, fire, contact with liquid or natural forces.
6) The device has damage caused by the use of low-quality accessories or voltage fluctuations.
The customer must pay for diagnostics if the device proves to be in working order, if diagnostics reveal that the warranty is void, or if the seller is not responsible for the defect.
Warranty service is carried out only at the Telo24 store or at a repair company authorised by Nutikas Valik OÜ. Warranty repairs are performed at the first opportunity. During the repair, the customer may use a replacement device under agreed conditions. The service provider has the right to use new or used spare parts when repairing the device. Nutikas Valik OÜ is not liable for damages caused by the defective device or for losses that may be directly or indirectly related to the customer’s business activities, or to the loss of data or information.
The seller warranty provider must be notified of a problematic device during the validity of the warranty as soon as possible, but no later than seven days after the problem occurs, by e-mail to info@telo24.ee or in person at the Telo24 store. A prerequisite for accepting a device under warranty is a completed warranty form, the template of which can be found here: WARRANTY FORM.
Before sending the device in for warranty service, back up its contents and remove personal information and passwords. During diagnostics and repairs, the contents of the device may be deleted, replaced or modified.
By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the warranty terms. The warranty terms of Nutikas Valik OÜ have been in force since 25 November 2023.
