Testing process

Every device goes through a multi-step check

Before sale we check every device against the same standard. That way you know exactly what condition the device is in and what the grade means.

• Visual inspection
• Technical test
• Battery measurement
• Final check

1. 1

   Cosmetic grading

   We inspect the body, screen and camera lenses under different light. Scratches, dents and wear are noted and the device is assigned its condition grade (A+, A, AB or B).

2. 2

   Functional test

   Using dedicated software, we check every function of the device: Face ID, the touchscreen, every button, microphones, speakers, vibration, cameras, the charging port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and mobile network.

3. 3

   Battery and final check

   We measure battery health, verify charging speed and stability and run a final check. Only devices that pass every point go on sale.
