How we test our devices
Testing process
Every device goes through a multi-step check
Before sale we check every device against the same standard. That way you know exactly what condition the device is in and what the grade means.

Cosmetic grading
We inspect the body, screen and camera lenses under different light. Scratches, dents and wear are noted and the device is assigned its condition grade (A+, A or AB).

Functional test
We test Face ID, the touchscreen, every button, microphones, speakers, vibration, cameras, the charging port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and mobile network.

Battery and final check
We measure battery health, verify charging speed and stability and run a final check. Only devices that pass every point go on sale.
